As we move through Semester 2, TDSO extends its deepest appreciation to every partner, school, and teacher who makes this work possible across Cambodia.
TDSO’s reach and impact are only possible through the commitment and collaboration of many. This semester, we are proud to acknowledge the contributions of all who stand with us in this mission, from national ministries to individual teachers in classrooms across 10 provinces.
For continued leadership and guidance in improving English education nationwide.
For strong support and collaboration at the provincial and school levels.
For partnership and shared commitment to empowering teachers and learners.
For generous support that makes our training programmes possible across Cambodia.
For welcoming us, working with us, and making a positive impact together.
For your passion, perseverance, and dedication to your students every day.
As Semester 2 continues, we remain inspired by the dedication of teachers, the support of schools, and the commitment of our partners. Together, we are strengthening English education, expanding opportunities for learners, and building a future where every child has access to quality teaching and the chance to succeed.
None of this is possible alone. It takes a school director who believes in their teachers. It takes a provincial education officer who opens doors. It takes an NGO partner who shares the vision. It takes a ministry that aligns policy with practice. And above all, it takes a teacher who walks into the classroom every day determined to do better for their students.
“The work continues, the impact grows, and the future is bright. Together, we keep moving forward.”
— Teacher Development Support Organisation
We remain committed to expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and ensuring every teacher has the support they need to inspire every learner to succeed. As we look ahead to the second half of 2026, TDSO’s priorities are clear:
Strengthening our work in all 10 provinces with more coaching visits, follow-up sessions, and peer learning support.
Continuing to align our programmes with national curriculum frameworks so our work can be adopted at scale.
Building the expertise of TDSO’s Cambodian team so our approach can be delivered with consistency and quality.
Deepening relationships with NGOs, development partners, and school communities across Cambodia.
We look forward to another semester of learning, growth, and positive impact across Cambodia.
