Transforming Education: A Tale of Triumph in TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organization and Aide et Action SEA-Cambodia Partnership

We are pleased to present to you the remarkable success story of the collaborative initiative between the TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organization and Aide et Action SEA-Cambodia Partnership. Our shared vision of empowering educators through a pioneering pilot project has yielded significant results, with a notable impact on the standard of education for primary school students.

Together, we have provided comprehensive training to 47 teachers across 4 districts in Siem Reap Province, covering English language acquisition, essential pedagogical skills, and low-threshold Ed-tech applications. The inaugural cohort has witnessed remarkable transformations, and the positive feedback from stakeholders has been resounding.

Building on this success, our program has extended its reach to other 64 teachers in Puok and Bakong, with an additional 64 set to commence their journey in April 2024. We take pride in being catalysts of change, working hand in hand to shape a brighter future for education.
