“Women in Community Leadership” workshop, held on June 16th, empowered 20 female public primary school principals and vice principals with essential leadership and management skills through five key training topics: Introduction to Principalship, Instructional Leadership, Management and Leadership Skills for School Principals, Administration, and Financial Management.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our guest speakers, and co-organizers, The Community of Practice Siem Reap (CoP-SR), the event was a resounding success!
