TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organisation is set to train the teacher trainers, amplifying our impact across Cambodia!
On October 14th, our management team met with Siem Reap Provincial Teacher Training College (PTTC) to discuss a groundbreaking cooperation. TDSO will provide teacher training to both teacher trainers and trainees at PTTC, reaching 140 trainees annually.
This partnership opens doors to exponential growth in our mission:
· Immediate impact: 100 trainees per year
· Long-term vision: Nationwide rollout to other PTTCs by 2030
· Multiplier effect: Each trained educator impacts countless students
