Supporting Teachers Beyond Training: 165 TDSO Alumni Implementing Innovative Teaching Methods!

TDSO believes in the power of continuous growth. After completing the basic training program, our alumni can access ongoing support through our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs. These initiatives help teachers refine their skills, stay updated with the latest educational trends, and connect with fellow educators.

October CPD Highlights:
• 4 dynamic meetups, both on-campus and off-campus, to foster collaboration;
• Hands-on training with Canva to create engaging worksheets, flashcards, and presentations;
• Practical insights into lesson planning;
• Activities designed to enhance lesson delivery at each stage of the lesson plan;
• Access to the Edubox, a treasure trove of teaching materials from TDSO;
• A focus on reflecting and sharing experiences from project-based implementation: celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and identifying areas for growth.

Early Results:
• 85% of our alumni are actively implementing the teaching method learned in the training;
• Increased student engagement through visually rich, interactive lessons;
• A thriving network of teachers who share resources and best practices.
