Key Responsibilities

•  Teach STEM/IT-related subjects to students and educators
•  Design and deliver technology-focused teacher training programs
•  Mentor and coach local teachers to integrate digital tools into their teaching
• Develop and adapt educational materials for local contexts
• Facilitate hands-on workshops on technology-enhanced learning
• Assist in curriculum development for STEM / IT education
• Support digital literacy initiatives for students and teachers

Requirements

•  Relevant education and experience, at least a bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in STEM/IT subject
•  Fluent in English and Khmer
• Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or coaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Project management experience is a plus
