
IT User Support Officer
Location: TDSO, Siem Reap, Cambodia
Position Summary
TDSO is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT User Support Officer to provide daily technical support and ensure smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will assist staff with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and hardware/software setup, while also contributing to long-term IT improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff across all departments
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve system-related problems
- Perform regular system maintenance and software updates
- Manage user accounts and access controls
- Track and maintain an inventory of IT assets and supplies
- Offer basic IT training and guidance to staff
- Document solutions, processes, and common troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
- Good working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripheral setup
- Fluency in English and Khmer
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with educational technology systems
- Previous work in the NGO or education sector
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, based in Siem Reap
