Yesterday, investors and visitors from Switzerland visited the TDSO Practice School and rural classrooms to observe TDSO alumni teaching. They saw learner-centred methods in action, with students actively participating, working in groups, and confidently responding to their teachers.
These classroom visits demonstrated how approaches developed during TDSO training are sustained beyond the training centre and adapted to real school environments. Seeing alumni teachers apply these methods in their own communities highlighted the programme’s practical, long-term impact on students and schools.
