We Plan. We Reflect. We Refine. We Scale.

This week, the TDSO team spent three days reviewing the term’s work. Trainers, teachers and colleagues examined evidence, raised concerns and developed practical solutions for the term ahead.

 

A key priority is spending more time with trainees in the classroom. We will select more teachers from fewer schools in each cohort to reduce travel time, while strengthening classroom scheduling with school principals.

 

Reflection, evidence and practical problem-solving guide our work. They help us identify what works, address challenges and improve before moving forward.

 

As TDSO expands its teacher training programmes, quality must grow alongside reach. Through systematic follow-up, shared learning and continuous improvement, we can scale with quality.

 

We do not simply deliver training. We learn from practice, refine our approach and build the capacity to grow well.
