Governance & Transparency
Accountability and transparency in all our operations
TDSO operates as a registered Cambodian NGO (registration number 10968), governed by Cambodian leadership and operating within Cambodia’s legal and regulatory framework. Transparency and accountability guide all our operations, from programme delivery to financial management.
We maintain rigorous governance standards, publish comprehensive annual reports, and submit to regular independent audits. Our policies and procedures ensure proper stewardship of resources whilst our governance structure provides strategic oversight and operational accountability.
As a Cambodian organisation working within the public education system, we operate with the highest standards of professional conduct, child protection, and ethical practice.
Governance Structure
TDSO operates under the governance of a Cambodian Board, supported by an International Advisory Board that provides strategic guidance and technical expertise. This structure ensures local ownership and leadership whilst benefiting from international experience in teacher development and education systems.
Day-to-day operations are led by our Executive Director and Management Team, who report to the Board on programme delivery, financial performance, and strategic progress.
