We of course keep some personal information where it is required by law, such as for accounting purposes (donations …), or equivalent regulations.

Further, we keep the information that you provide to us by email (for example information from volunteers, trainees, visitors …). We use this information solely for the purpose that it has been provided. You have at all time the right to review  personal information, this conform the GDPR regulations.

We also keep information on our students and trainees, like which courses they attended, test results, observation reports etc. This information is only accessible to authorized personnel and  solely for the purpose of the educational goals of the organisation.

We commit to keep this information safely stored, using secure cloud storage, protected by Multi-factor authentication,   and to never share it with any third party unless forced by law.
