Real change in education happens inside the classroom.
TDSO was honoured to welcome 21 visitors, including the Archaeology and Development Foundation Deputy Director and colleagues, school principals from seven schools in the Kulen Mountain area of Svay Leu District, and TDSO alumni teachers, for an exposure visit to the TDSO Practice School and Prey Chrouk Primary School.
The visit provided an opportunity to observe how TDSO-trained teachers apply the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach in real classroom settings. As a living laboratory for teacher development, the TDSO Practice School demonstrates how student-centred teaching creates active, confident, and engaging learning environments for primary school students.
Classroom observation, professional reflection, and strong cooperation between schools and partner organisations remain essential to strengthening the quality of English education for children in Cambodia.
Thank you to all educational authorities, school principals, teachers, partners, and participants for your continued collaboration and commitment to teacher development.
