TDSO is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to support the design, implementation, and management of its M&E systems across programmes. This is a full-time position based in Siem Reap, with periodic travel to provinces.
About TDSO
TDSO is a Cambodia-based organisation that supports the professional development of primary school teachers through structured training programmes. We work with a network of field trainers and partner institutions across all 18 provinces, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
The Role
The M&E Officer is responsible for maintaining TDSO’s monitoring and evaluation frameworks, collecting and analysing programme data, and producing reports that support organisational learning and accountability to funders. The postholder will work closely with programme teams to ensure that data collection is integrated into day-to-day operations, and will contribute to the development of assessment tools, surveys, and reporting templates. The role reports to a senior member of the executive team.
What We Are Looking For
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, ideally within the education or development sector. Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings clearly to non-specialist audiences are essential. Experience using data management or analysis tools is an advantage. Candidates should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple data streams simultaneously. A degree in education, social sciences, development studies, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Khmer and English is required.
