TDSO works with teachers from public schools, NGO schools, and community schools, ensuring professional development reaches educators at every level.
The estimated student reach of 52,500+ reflects the downstream impact of teacher training: when a teacher improves their practice, every student in their class benefits. With 438 schools supported across 10 provinces, TDSO’s work is contributing to systemic change well beyond the training room.
