The team TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organization has successfully completed a comprehensive 10-session Leadership and Management Programme, delivered by the trainers from Possibilities World.
Over the past months, our staff have engaged deeply with a wide range of themes – from cultivating growth mindsets and psychological safety, to sharpening emotional intelligence, managing conflict constructively, and strengthening financial planning skills. Each session provided practical tools and frameworks to enhance leadership effectiveness, organisational resilience, and a collaborative workplace culture.
The final session, held on 28th May 2025, marked not just the end of the training, but the beginning of a renewed commitment to lead with clarity, integrity, and impact.
