
We’re pleased to welcome Mr Sroem Khen as our new Talent Factory Manager at TDSO.
With his strong background in professional development and experiential learning, Mr Sroem will lead our talent development initiatives.
His responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract exceptional talent
• Designing and managing onboarding processes for new team members
• Creating clear professional pathways and career progression frameworks
• Providing personalised coaching and mentoring to team members at all levels
• Designing and delivering innovative training programmes aligned with organisational needs
• Establishing partnerships with external training providers and educational institutions
• Overseeing the delivery of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for all staff
• Contributing to organisational culture-building and employee engagement
