On 30 July, 78 students successfully completed their English for Hospitality training under the TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organisation and SPOONS Cambodia Organization partnership.

The training equips students with practical English skills tailored to real-world needs in the hospitality sector. With previous cohorts achieving a 100% employment rate within two weeks, demand for graduates continues to rise among local hotels and restaurants.

This effort contributes directly to Cambodia’s TVET priorities, bridging language education and workforce readiness. By integrating relevant English instruction into vocational programmes, learners are better prepared to secure employment and contribute meaningfully to the service industry.

TDSO remains committed to strengthening education-to-employment pathways through practical, responsive training solutions. The 78 graduates are now ready to begin internships and advance their careers with confidence.
