On 1 August 2025, 132 teachers completed four intensive training courses in English language and teaching methodology offered by TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organization. The group included public school teachers, community and NGO school teachers, and student trainees from the Siem Reap Provincial Teacher Training College.
The ceremony was attended by educational authorities and partners from national and local levels, including:

βWe share a collective purposeβto equip our students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to build a stronger society. Effective teachers are at the heart of that journey.β
Equally inspiring was graduate Mr. Sreng Chork, who reflected on the 7 key takeaways from the courseβincluding education psychology, project-based learning, phonics, peer feedback, and integrating play into lessons to increase student engagement. His insights echoed a shared experience: learning approaches that truly work in real classrooms.

β’ Community English classes delivered to 500 students daily
β’ Pedagogical training provided to 200+ NGO teachers
β’ English teaching methodology training for 375+ public primary school teachers
β’ A team that grew from just 2 to 42 committed staff members
This momentum reflects not only a strong internal team but also consistent trust from the Ministry, local authorities, and education leaders. TDSOβs training programmes have recently been recognised by the Continuous Professional Development Management Office (CPDMO)βtwo of which have been granted full accreditation (8 credits valid for 5 years).
