We are delighted to welcome Mr. Ly Horn as our new Program Manager – English Teacher Training for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

 

In this role, Mr. Ly Horn will be leading our efforts to strengthen English teaching within Cambodia’s TVET system.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, coordinating, and implementing capacity-building programmes for English teachers in the TVET sector

• Working closely with training institutions, education stakeholders, and development partners

• Ensuring programme delivery is aligned with national frameworks and produces measurable outcomes

• Developing innovative and context-relevant training models

• Mentoring educators and supporting their continuous professional development
