1. Ms. Sony – EFL Teacher & Trainer Assistant

Supports English language teaching at TDSO’s Practice School, assists senior trainers in delivering training, and helps prepare materials and resources — all contributing to improving teacher capacity and student learning outcomes.

2. Mr. Nen – Teacher Trainer

Delivers English teacher training to public school teachers, provides coaching, mentoring, and classroom support to enhance teaching quality, ensuring training aligns with TDSO’s innovative teaching methodology and the national curriculum.

3. Mr. Ang – Project Coordinator

Coordinates project implementation in assigned provinces, manages logistics, communicates with education stakeholders, supports teacher trainers in the field, monitors progress, collects data, and reports to the Project Manager to ensure smooth rollout.
