On 24 October 2025, the TDSO – Teacher Development Support Organisation was honoured to welcome delegates from Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam—including classroom teachers, teacher educators, and education leaders—for a site visit as part of the Regional ELT Forum 2025. The visit provided delegates with firsthand insight into TDSO’s integrated framework for sustainable teacher development.
During the visit, delegates observed instructional practices at the Practice School, engaged with teachers, students, trainers, and coaches about English teaching and learning experiences, and explored TDSO’s 2025–2030 strategic directions. The visit embodied the Forum’s theme: “Transforming English Language Teaching: Innovation, Alignment, and Future.”
This engagement reaffirmed TDSO’s role as a regional reference point for evidence-based teacher training. Through our Practice School model and Edubox pedagogical tools, TDSO continues to offer replicable approaches for education systems seeking to enhance English language teaching capacity at scale.
